Our Pricing Model
Every project starts with a consultation. We take the time to properly understand what your business needs before any work begins or any price is agreed.
Once the scope is clear we agree a fixed build fee up front. That fee is split into two payments: the first when we start the build and the second once your software is complete and live.
From there we move onto a set monthly retainer. This keeps your software running smoothly through ongoing maintenance and means we are on hand if something were to ever go wrong.

We first met while working together at a large company. Like most large organisations, a significant part of daily life there involved repetitive operational tasks that kept things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What stood out to us was how much of that work could be automated. The technology to handle it reliably already existed, it just had not been applied yet, and that felt like an opportunity worth exploring.
So we started building the solution ourselves. By combining artificial intelligence (AI) with practical automation, we began removing repetitive tasks from our own workflows, and the results were clear straight away. We saved time, reduced errors, and created more space to focus on higher value work.
The more we looked into it, the clearer it became that this was not unique to one company or one industry. Businesses everywhere had the same opportunity in front of them, talented teams who could spend more time on growth, innovation and customer service once the repetitive work was taken off their plate.
That is what led us to start this business. Our goal is simple: to help organisations remove operational friction, automate repetitive processes, and give their teams the time and capacity to focus on the work that creates the greatest impact.
